Pickling Paste Green is used for cleaning and passivating of welding joints and the heat affected zone (HAZ) in welded stainless steel constructions. It is based on a unique recepie in which the concentration of Weak acid is only about 15% of the level of most pickling products.

Hydrofluoric acid is a solution of hydrogen fluoride in water. It is a colorless fuming liquid which can cause painful burns. Hf is one of the strongest inorganic acids, is used mainly for industrial purposes (eg, glass etching, metal cleaning, electronics manufacturing). Hydrofluoric acid also may be found in home rust removers.

Severe burns occur after exposure of concentrated (ie, 50% or stronger solution) hydrofluoric acid to 1% or more body surface area (BSA), exposure to hydrofluoric acid of any concentration to 5%

Potassium oxalate, K2C204, H20, is odorless, efforescent, water-soluble, colorless crystals that decompose when heated. Sinks in and mixes slowly with water. Used in analytical chemistry and photography, and as a bleach and oxalic acid source.
